What You’ll Do:

• Assist HSE Officer/Manager in implementing HSEMS system on site, specifically on:
  1. Safety promotion
  2. Safety audit
  3. Organizing HSE meetings
  4. Conducting toolbox meetings and safety training
  5. Preparing reports
  6. Maintaining safety records
  7. Conduct accident investigation
• Assist HSE Officer/Manager in carrying out investigations on all incidents and accidents and ensure that all necessary records are properly maintained.
• Liaise with all the relevant authorities and clients on matters relating to HSE on site.
• Collect and collate data to monitor the status of HSE of each site.
• Act as Secretary of Safety & Health Committee in the absence of HSE Officer.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties that may be assigned by the Management.
