Site Safety Officer - Dash Group

DASH GROUP is seeking an experienced Cert III or Cert IV qualified Safety Advisor to join our team across a range of active construction sites. This role offers casual ongoing work with potential for temp-to-perm opportunities for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a spotter / safety observer on-site, providing eyes and ears support for plant and personnel movements
• Conduct routine safety inspections of scaffolding and report any hazards or non-compliance
• Monitor site activities to ensure adherence to WHS requirements, SWMS, and site safety plans
• Use Breadcrumb software for safety reporting, inspections, and documentation
• Perform general site safety checks and audits, including compliance monitoring
• Assist site supervisors in identifying and mitigating hazards in real time...
