Site Safety Manager
Omaha, NE (On-site)
We’re looking for a Site Safety Manager for an active data center project supporting a utilities contractor. This is an immediate need.
What the role looks like:
- Daily site walks, audits, and hazard identification
- Running orientations and toolbox talks
- Monitoring high-risk work (electrical, LOTO, heights, etc.)
- Working directly with PMs, subcontractors, and field crews
- Leading incident follow-up and maintaining documentation
What we’re looking for:
- CHST preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Data center / mission-critical construction experience
- OSHA 30 (construction)
- Strong field presence—someone who can operate independently and hold the line on-site
