• Ensure proper soil compaction, contouring, and drainage to prevent erosion.
• Amend and condition soil using fertilizers, compost, or other soil enhancers to support vegetation growth.
• Re-vegetate restored areas by seeding, sodding, or planting as specified in project plans.
• Monitor restored areas for soil stability, erosion, and vegetation establishment.
• Operate hand tools, small machinery, and light equipment safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with project managers and field crews to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
• Follow all environmental, safety, and regulatory guidelines for soil handling and site restoration.
