Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced SRE to support and evolve production voice and cloud platform environments. This is a hands-on operational engineering role focused on platform reliability, observability, incident response, deployment automation, and VoIP infrastructure support. The ideal candidate has strong Linux, AWS, troubleshooting, and DevOps experience; Asterisk, SIP, and VoIP experience are especially valuable.
