Site Reliability Engineer Senior

Role Overview

This position sits within the Digital and Data Service department of the Group COO. The mission is to ensure reliability, resilience, and performance of the DevOps Service Platform by applying SRE principles. The role combines platform reliability engineering, DevOps practices, toolchain management, and support for developer adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Guarantee stability/availability of CI/CD services and tools (Git, Jenkins/TeamCity, Nexus, Sonar, XLDeploy, etc.).
• Follow SLA commitments in a global Follow-the-Sun support model.
• Enforce compliance with security standards.
• Assist dev teams in industrializing their CI/CD pipelines.
• Act as regional CI/CD expert for AMER.

• Build prototypes and POCs for new tooling.
• Install, upgrade, and maintain CI/CD tools (both on-prem and Azure).
