• Handle incidents and problems, including root cause analysis and resolution using tools such as ServiceNow.
• Develop solutions, fixes, and improvements using Java and microservices architecture.
• Contribute to automation and continuous improvement of platform operation.
• Monitor systems using observability tools and proactively identify issues.
• Participate in on‑call rotation.
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to improve system resilience.
