Site Reliability Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Mid-Level SRE/SaaS Operations Engineer to help maintain and improve our cloud-based SaaS platform. This role offers the opportunity to work with modern cloud technologies, container orchestration, and DevOps practices while growing your skills in a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain SaaS infrastructure on AWS

- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or GitLab CI

- Deploy and manage applications on Kubernetes clusters with knowledge of CNI networking, cert-manager for TLS certificates, and policy enforcement tools

- Manage application deployments via helm charts.

- Implement configuration management solutions using Ansible

- Monitor system health using observability tools.
