Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) – Middleware & Identity Platforms Overview Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to support and modernize enterprise middleware and identity platforms. This role owns KTLO operations, applies SRE best practices, and leads migration efforts to OpenShift and cloud environments while ensuring reliability, security, and compliance. Key Responsibilities Own availability, performance, and reliability of production platforms Support IBM WebSphere Application Server and IBM HTTP Server (IHS) Support Oracle Access Manager (OAM), Oracle CCG, and Oracle GRC Apply SRE practices (SLIs, SLOs, error budgets) Participate in on-call rotation, incident response, and postmortems Reduce operational toil through automation and Infrastructure as Code Design and execute platform migrations to OpenShift, Kubernetes, and cloud Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting Perform Linux troubleshooting (processes, memory, disk, network, logs) Support security, governance, and audit requi...
