Description

The Site Reliability Engineer is responsible for technical support of various complex applications


Key Responsibilities

+ Provide SRE production support for Mainframe applications, APIs, Web Services, and Microservices.

+ Troubleshoot incidents, outages, batch failures, API failures, performance issues, and integration problems.

+ Support Mainframe technologies including z/OS, MVS, CICS, MQ, DB2, COBOL, JCL, TSO/ISPF, Easytrieve, IBM Utilities, SORT, FileAid, Xpediter, ChangeMan, AbendAid, and related tools.
