Description

The Lead Observability Engineer is responsible for establishing best-in-class observability practices as an expert in creating solutions using Dyna-Trace and other monitoring platforms. • End-to-end execution and implementation of Dynatrace solutions in a complex customer environment • Document design and implementation decisions in an effective manner for knowledge management • Cross-train peers with tool usage • Drive the creation of best practices • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, SMEs, and business advocates to drive enterprise solutions • Present and demonstrate Application Performance Management solutions to peers, other teams, and leadership • Must be able to troubleshoot and diagnose issues • Hands-on expertise with other monitoring tools like Solarwinds, Splunk etc. • Ability to build application metrics and dashboards • Ability to interface with high-level application owners • 3-5 years of hands-on experience building solutions using Dyna-Trace (pr...
