**Pay Range:** $110,000 - $145,000

**What's the Job?**

+ Own overall site execution, ensuring the project moves with pace and accountability.
+ Align schedule, field leadership, subcontractor performance, material readiness, and issue escalation across the site.
+ Manage day-to-day site activities, including safety, quality, logistics, and trade partner coordination.
+ Drive planning, decision-making, escalation, and recovery actions to keep the project on track.
+ Build and maintain site leadership alignment, ensuring disciplined field operating rhythms and proactive issue resolution.
