Job Description

Your new company 
Our client is a leading Building & Civil Engineering Contractor. They now have an opportunity for a Site Manager and Project Manager. Duties & Responsibilities include:Completion of pre-construction condition surveys on projects prior to works commencing
Site Supervision
Programming and scheduling of work to maximise the efficiency of allocated resources
Ensuring that key programme dates are achieved
Engaging with design teams to overcome any problems or issues that arise during construction and engaging with our own design teams on design and build projects
Liaising with utility providers, councils, their employers' representatives and project managers and ensuring work is carried out in accordance with their approved standards
Rostering staff on sites as necessary
Engaging with company QS to seek out the most cost-effective processes and seek alternatives
