Hynds Limited in Pokeno is seeking a Production Manager to lead our manufacturing site. This hands-on leadership role requires on-the-floor presence, shaping how the operation runs, performs and grows while reporting to the Business Unit Manager.
You will drive safety, production performance, quality and team development with a focus on continuous improvement and strong operational reporting. The role includes travel to Christchurch for induction and training.
