We are seeking an experienced Civil Site Supervisor to manage daily civil site operations in Abu Dhabi.

• Oversee day-to-day civil works and ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, ensuring smooth project execution and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and supervise the work of sub-contractors to meet project deadlines.  Ensure that all tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and effectively.  Monitor progress regularly,  making adjustments as necessary to stay on track.


• Evaluate contractor performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.  Foster a collaborative environment by maintaining open lines of communication among team members。
