This interdisciplinary team of trailblazers will build our adolescent, and adult programs from the ground up alongside the leadership of well-established clinicians, psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and nurses working in PHP/IOP behavioral health care for the past decade
The Site Medical Director (SMD) serves as the senior psychiatric leader at the site, responsible for clinical quality, provider performance, and alignment with Compass Health Center’s system priorities. This role combines clinical leadership, operational partnership, and direct patient care, ensuring high-quality, accessible, and patient-centered psychiatric services.
