Site manager

We are currently looking for a Retrofit Site Manager to join a Contractor in and around Yeovil. 
The Retrofit Site Manager will oversee the delivery of energy efficiency improvements and retrofit projects in occupied social housing properties.

The successful candidate will manage on-site operations, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with PAS 2035 standards and all relevant health and safety regulations.

This is a 3 week contract. 

Accountabilities/Responsibilities of the Retrofit Site Manager:

Manage the day-to-day site operations for retrofit and energy efficiency projects in social housing properties.
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure efficient workflow.
Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with PAS 2035, building regulations, and health & safety standards.
Conduct site inspections, quality control checks, and progress reports.
