Site Manager - Wanaka

Are you an experienced construction professional with a proven track record in managing construction projects? We're on the lookout for a Site Manager to manage a variety of new builds in Central Otago. As the Site Manager , you'll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of a commercial construction projects, ensuring everything runs smoothly, safely, and to schedule. You'll work closely with subcontractors, suppliers and our internal teams to keep the project on track and to the highest standard.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily site operations.
• Manage and lead on-site staff and subcontractors.
• Monitor and report on build progress, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Ensure health & safety compliance across the site.
• Liaise with the project manager and stakeholders to maintain clear communication.
