MadiganGill are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join a residential construction project in Trowbridge, BA14.

Job Details:

• Location: Trowbridge, BA14
• Start Date: ASAP
• Duration: Ongoing
• Hours: Monday to Friday
• Rate: £300 per day
• Payment: CIS available

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing residential construction sites
• Valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid at Work certificates
• Strong leadership and site management skills
• Excellent knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Ability to coordinate subcontractors and manage site programmes effectively
• Must be able to drive and have own transport
