Site Manager – Hillside Special School

• Salary: £28,142 - £29,540 per annum
• Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year (7.00 am – 10.00 am and 2.00 pm – 6.30 pm)
• Contract: Permanent (subject to a six-month probationary period), Required as soon as possible

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for all services, maintenance and emergency work carried out on the school site.

Be proactive in maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for pupils, staff and visitors.

Respond swiftly to emergencies, such as alarms sounding outside school hours.

Show an understanding, compassion and confidentiality towards pupils, who are the focus of all activities.

Maintain professionalism, think on your feet and keep a positive “can‑do” attitude.
