Site Manager – Brighton – ASAP Start!

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate the scheme to successful completion, liaising with the client, liaising with other trades (internal and external), and pushing the programme.
• Ensure the site is H & S compliant, track progress and ultimate delivery.
• Be IT literate and familiar with the required processes.
• Lead from the front and maintain a strong focus on safety and project delivery on a forthcoming academic refurbishment scheme in Brighton.

Qualifications

• Relevant project history with significant internal refurbishment knowledge.
• SMSTS & First aid at work required.
• Enhanced DBS required.
• Good communication, excellent H & S awareness and a willingness to lead from the front.
