Working Hours: 6 days per week

Working Location: Project site-based

Job Responsibilities

• Manage construction activities and progress independently
• Able to understand structural drawing, specifications and requirements
• Supervise and lead a team of workers to perform on site work
• Resolve design site problems encountered during the construction period
• Ensure the quality of work
• Responsible for implementing the work plan of the Project Manager
• Prepare daily progress report and work schedule
• Attend project meetings
• Other ad-hoc tasks within the Manager’s capability

Requirement

• Min 2 years of experience in a manging site operation
• Able to read, understand, and work from technical drawing
• Good communication skills, able to coordinate & liaise with people at all levels
