You will develop and implement comprehensive project plans and systems, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and budget while receiving strategic support from the Area Manager.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on‑site construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. Manage project schedules, resources, and materials.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards. Conduct regular safety audits and implement measures to maintain a safe working setting for all staff and subcontractors.
• Lead and coordinate on‑site teams, including subcontractors, laborers, and supervisors. Ensure smooth collaboration and effective task delegation, managing both productivity and morale.
