This full-time, temporary position starts ASAP until late October 2026. Potential to continue will be evaluated post-festival.
Work Location:
The Site Manager will work primarily at the festival site near Salmo, BC. Some work will also be done as needed from our shop in Salmo.
The Site Manager will supervise and oversee the direction of the festival site project as it relates to the Site team. The Site Manager must plan, organize and direct the operational activities, ensuring that the festival's performance and safety requirements are maintained. Must review progress and liaise with the Site Director and Finance departments to ensure that operational constraints are operating within boundaries, including timesheets, safety, inventory, notices to staff on daily changing workloads,
