Start Date: September 2026. The Head Teacher and Governing Body are keen to appoint an enthusiastic, dedicated, and hardworking Site Manager who will be responsible for the management of the premises and school site.
We are seeking a professional individual who has good working knowledge of facility management.
Key responsibilities and capabilities:
- Is hard working, flexible and proactive and will keep our school site safe and promote good housekeeping
- Can use their own initiative and work independently
- Has practical maintenance and DIY skills
- Has good understanding or willingness to undertake training in Health and Safety procedures as they relate to school premises, Fire Safety Law and COSHH regulations
- Has the ability to carry out effective risk assessments
- Has excellent communication and organisational skills
- Is able to liaise with external contractors and organise schedules of work
