Site Manager – Mobile Crushing & Screening Excelsior Mining Pty Ltd is looking for an experienced and dedicated Site Manager to oversee mobile crushing and screening operations. Duties & Responsibilities Liaise with clients, site management, and operational teams to ensure smooth daily operations. Ensure compliance with site rules, company procedures, MHSA regulations, and safety standards. Monitor and achieve production targets while maintaining operational efficiency. Oversee maintenance, repairs, and servicing of plant and equipment to minimize downtime. Supervise employees and contractors to ensure work is performed safely and professionally. Ensure all employees comply with company policies, operational procedures, and safety requirements. Conduct toolbox talks, safety meetings, inspections, and on-site training where required.
