Ready to lead a high-profile industrial roofing project from the front?

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Construction Manager / Principal Contractor Site Manager to take full site leadership responsibility on a major roof refurbishment and ventilator replacement project in Chester.

Working under CDM 2015, you’ll coordinate multiple contractors, manage complex work-at-height operations, oversee crane lifts and scaffold activities, and ensure the project is delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest standards.

What You’ll Be Doing
Lead all site operations as Principal Contractor

Manage roofing, scaffold, crane and specialist subcontractors

Oversee high-risk works at approximately 30m height

Review and implement RAMS and safe systems of work
