Sphere Solutions are working in partnership with a leading national house builder to recruit an experienced Site Manager to join a major residential development in Plymouth, on a steel frame project.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established developer with a strong pipeline of work and high-quality projects across the South West.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day site operations on a steel frame apartment development
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and site teams
Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to programme
Maintain high standards of quality control and workmanship throughout the project
