Job Description

• responsible for overseeing overall site operations, ensuring operational efficiency, service delivery, team performance, client satisfaction, and compliance with company policies and standards. This role leads cross-functional teams, manages business performance, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and ensures achievement of operational and financial targets

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any kind of course.
• Minimum of 5–10 years of operations management experience, with at least 2-3years in a Senior Operations Manager role or equivalent.
• Plus advantage if the candidate has experience handling ecommerce.
