This is a high-impact Site Manager opportunity with a well-established, global manufacturing organization. This plant is located near the Greater Los Angeles, CA area. We’ve been supporting this company over the past year on a variety of roles and site locations. This is the largest opportunity they’ve shared with us. This role will oversee a large-scale industrial manufacturing facility (400+ employees, 10 direct reports) and is a key leadership position responsible for driving operational excellence, continuous improvement, and overall site performance.
