Site Manager

SITE MANAGER | OXFORD | £225/DAY | START ASAP | LONG-TERM TEMP

A regional main contractor is looking for an experienced Site Manager to hit the ground running on a live project at Oxford. This is a long-term temporary position with weekly pay — ideal for a Site Manager ready to start immediately.

THE ROLE

- Site Manager on a busy commercial project in Oxford
- Day-to-day running of site operations, programme and subcontractors
- Enforcing health, safety and quality standards across the project
- Liaising with the client, design team and supply chain
- Keeping site records, daily diaries and progress reports up to date
- Reporting into senior project management

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

- Proven background as a Site Manager with a regional or main contractor
- SMSTS (preferred) or SSSTS as a minimum
- Valid CSCS card
- Strong communicator with solid subcontractor management experience
- Able to start ASAP

- Rate: £225 per day
