Site Manager

Job Summary

Manages the operation of a satellite location/facility within Excelsior Orthopaedics footprint. Responsible for the day-to-day and strategic functions of the site through a range of administrative, clinical, and managerial functions. This role is ultimately responsible to ensure all facets of our Core Values a present in every patient and team member interaction.

Job Duties


+ Manage all staff reporting to the site; ensure performance expectations are met; deliver performance conversation as needed

+ Participate and/or manage the staffing schedule to ensure proper staffing levels not only at your site but all sites

+ Work closely with physicians and mid-levels to ensure the proper level of clinical and clerical support is provided

+ Work closely with human resources to interview, select, and train new staff

+ Handle site-wide communication professionally and timely
