We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a leading national housebuilder on a large-scale residential development in Newark.

This is a fast-paced, high-volume site with over 300 plots, so applicants must have proven experience managing busy new build housing developments and delivering programmes to tight deadlines.

Requirements:

SMSTS
CSCS Black Card
First Aid at Work
Proven experience on large-scale residential developments (300 plots)
Strong health & safety knowledge
Ability to manage subcontractors and maintain programme targets in a high-pressure environmentThis is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established contractor with a strong pipeline of work.
