Location: Near Brentwood, Essex

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + Car Allowance/Company Car + Excellent Package

The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Site Manager / Assistant Construction Manager to join the team delivering the infrastructure for a major new community near Brentwood, Essex comprising approximately 5,000 new homes .

Working on one of the largest residential‑led developments in the South East, you will play a key role in overseeing the delivery of critical infrastructure from design through to construction, completion and adoption.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a strong civil engineering and infrastructure background who enjoys working across the full project lifecycle.
