Site Manager – Heavy Plant / Recycling Operations

Location: Liverpool Area

Salary: £45,000 – £52,000 + Overtime (£25 per hour)

Schedule: Monday–Friday days + Saturday mornings

We’re looking for an experienced Site Manager to take full operational control of a busy recycling and material processing site. This hands‑on leadership role involves overseeing the day‑to‑day running of the yard, wash plant, crushing and screening operations, ensuring the site operates safely, efficiently, and productively.

What You’ll Be Doing
