We are looking for an experienced and driven Site Manager to lead a refurbishment project in Kilmarnock . This is an immediate start for a manager who excels in fast-paced refurb environments and can manage subcontractors effectively to meet tight deadlines.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring the project remains on schedule and compliant with all safety regulations. Key duties include:

• Overseeing all on-site activities and managing specialist subcontractors.

• Ensuring high standards of health and safety and conducting site inductions.

• Monitoring progress against the program and reporting to the Project Manager.
