Are you a Site Manager with large scale internals & interiors experience on Buildings? You must have a track record for a Fit Out Contractor or Buildings Main Contractor. 2 New Projects that we need a strong internal package manager, finishes or internal trades manager for. It’s not about the job tittles Tim but the ATTITUDE and experience out on site. 5 * Hotel – 200 Rooms with all associated F&B facilities that you would expect from a Leading Global Brand Private Palace for a VVIP We are talking architecturally challenging work with some very high end materials and technology going into this building. Do you have clear experience handling large scale fixtures and finishes on Major 5*Hotels, High End Residential, Shopping Malls & Mixed Use Projects. We need someone with the right attitude to drive site standards on site. You will need to roll the sleeves up and drive productivity and standards on site. Can you mentor, upskill and train the tradesman on site to achieve b...
