An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a 3-level apartment development valued at approximately $10M in Melbourne's north-eastern suburbs.
Working with an established Tier 3 commercial builder known for delivering quality projects across Victoria, you'll take ownership of the site from commencement through to handover, supported by an experienced project delivery team. The business has successfully delivered projects across the commercial, community, education, health and residential sectors, with a strong pipeline of work secured.

The Role

As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the construction site, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to a high standard of quality.
