Site Manager

Requirements:

* Experienced Site Manager with a strong groundworks background

* Must have hands-on experience working on groundworks stages of construction projects

* Ability to manage day-to-day site operations without supervision

* Confident overseeing subcontractors and groundworks gangs

* Strong understanding of excavation, drainage, earthworks, and associated civils works

* SMSTS (preferred) and valid CSCS card required

* Able to start immediately – no interview required (based on relevant experience)

Responsibilities:

* Manage all on-site activities during groundworks stage

* Coordinate labour, plant, and subcontractors

* Ensure health & safety compliance at all times

* Maintain site diaries, inductions, and daily briefings

* Monitor progress and report updates to project management

* Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification
