Role Title: Site Manager Division: Skyform Specialist Contracts Ltd Reports to: Contracts Manager Place of Work: Glasgow Our client is hiring a Site Manager to join their team. Duties: Managing small teams of operatives completing concrete repairs on multi storey high rise buildings. Coordinating daily activities & monitoring progress. Maintaining daily reporting & diaries. Managing repair logs. Managing plant, small tools & materials. Encourage safe working practices. Job Related Competencies: Construction Management Programming Concrete Repair/ Structural knowledge a benefit CSCS card. SMSTS/ SSSTS card. Computer literate. Demonstrate and maintain effective communication skills both orally and in writing. Ability to follow the company management systems. Key Relationships working closely with: Project Manager & Contract Manager Salary - £34,000 - £38,000 TPBN1_UKTJ
