Job Description

Your new company 
A Site Manager is required by our client for a large construction project that will take 18 months to complete. They are experts in delivering construction projects across various sectors, including education, recreation and leisure, residential and commercial. You must have previous experience with a main contractor in Ireland and have previous experience of supervising projects to tight deadlines and to a very high standard, including health & safety. The responsibilities of the Site Manager will include:Candidates with either an engineering or trades background will be considered. 
You will need to have experience in the coordination of subcontractors, control programme with preparation of look-ahead programmes to facilitate the successful completion of the works on time. 
You must be experienced and fully computer-literate and have proven experience in preparation of progress reports and chairing site meetings.
