Site Manager - Commercial Project (Crewe)

Immediate requirement offering a minimum contract duration of 6-8 weeks, with the potential for extension depending on project needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing day-to-day site operations on a busy commercial project
• Managing subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered safely and efficiently
• Maintaining site health & safety standards and ensuring compliance at all times
• Monitoring progress against programme and reporting to senior management
• Conducting site inspections and quality checks
• Managing project documentation and site records using Field View

Requirements

• Valid SMSTS
• Valid First Aid at Work
• Valid CSCS Card
• Previous experience managing commercial construction projects
• Experience using Field View software is essential
