Site Manager

Dynamic specialist in the commercial and Industrial arena seeks SM for upcoming $10m project in Melbourne’s North West. 

The Opportunity

· Newly awarded $20m greenfield site in Melbourne’s NW – 3 storey self storage facility
· Project commencing early February 

Your Responsibilities

· Co-ordination of sub-contractors, suppliers, and deliveries
· Liaising with clients to ensure the project is delivered on schedule
· Develop and maintain great rapport with site teams and stake holders
· Working closely with the Project Manager managing the construction program
· Ensuring high standards of OHS compliance on site

Experience/Qualifications:
·A solid history of 10+ in the construction space, with at least 5+ years as a Site Manager delivering multiple warehouse projects start to finish in the industrial new build space
