They ensure delivery of contractual obligations while driving operational excellence aligned with agreed upon performance metrics and customer expectations. They coach site supervisors and frontline teams, execute operational strategies, and lead continuous improvement initiatives that drive productivity, quality, cost, and service outcomes.
