Job Description

Immediate start on a large complex Christchurch project, we’re seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established project team delivering a large complex building project. 
Reporting to a successful on site PM and working alongside a large team you will lead a complex package of work with main responsibilities including 
Short-term programming and scheduling

Reviewing of plans and organising subcontractors and trades

Quality assurance and on-site issue resolution

Management of RFIs, documentation, and site reporting

Daily toolbox talks and site health & safety leadership
What You’ll Bring
Site Management experience on large construction projects

Experience with building services / MEP highly desireable

A solid understanding of NZ construction standards and practices

Confident using Project, Procore, or similar project systems
