An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established, family-owned construction business delivering major civil engineering and groundworks projects across the South West and South Wales.

With over 40 years of experience, our client has built a reputation for delivering high-quality construction, earthworks, infrastructure and demolition projects for both public and private sector clients. Known for their commitment to safety, quality and long-term customer relationships, they continue to invest in their people, plant and future growth.

The Role

Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of civil engineering projects across the Bristol and Newport region, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
