Roles & Responsibilities Monitor Construction Projects and ensure that the timeline is on schedule. Take initiative to report to the project manager on the progress of the construction works. Ensuring site safety by making safety inspections. Take care of site problem-solving Keeping of low construction wastage treshold Liaising with main-con and sub-cons on security clearance and work progress Co-ordinate with main-con for any site related submissions Able to work under pressure to follow through tight schedule Monitoring labor, building material, and equipment budgets and curbing unnecessary expenses. Supervising on-site construction work and relaying instructions from senior project managers. Reporting any concerns that might negatively impact projected cost and time estimates. Preparing work schedules. Ensuring that construction industry safety regulations are followed. Requirements: Min 5 Years working experiences Able to work well under pressure. Able to guide all workers.
