We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to provide holiday cover for a busy construction project in Llandrindod Wells.

The project involves the construction of a new-build facility for deer processing, working with a well-established Tier 2 contractor that is experiencing significant growth and has a strong pipeline of new-build commercial projects due to commence over the coming months.

Responsibilities:

* Day-to-day management of site operations.

* Ensuring works are carried out safely, efficiently, and to programme.

* Managing subcontractors and site labour.

* Conducting site inductions and maintaining health & safety standards.

* Liaising with the project team and client representatives.

* Maintaining site records and daily reports.
