Job Description

Linum Consult’s client is an international technical and engineering construction specialist. They are looking to hire a Site Manager to join their team on a data centre construction project in Belgium.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Overseeing the execution of the project, as well as directing construction and management of all site operatives and subcontractors

Monitoring progress, overseeing delivery of materials, and carrying out safety checks and resolving any issues as they arise

Coordinating the work schedules and deliveries, making sure the site is run efficiently

Keeping senior management and clients updated regularly on progress

Ensuring that work complies with building regulations and health and safety legislation as well as other legal requirements
PROFILE
5-10 years’ experience managing a complex construction site
