MadiganGill are recruiting for a Site Manager to support the delivery of a new-build residential development in Axbridge, Somerset . The position offers a competitive day rate and requires an immediate start.

- Salary: Up to £1000 per hour

- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 – 16:30
Key Responsibilities
- Managing subcontractors and site operations
- Monitoring build progress across plots
- Ensuring high standards of health & safety compliance
- Supporting quality control and snagging processes
- Driving programme and meeting build deadlines
Requirements
- Valid SMSTS certification
- Valid CSCS card
- First Aid certification (desirable)
